Waikiki Hula 2016 – Registration Policies

Registration will close space is full

REFUNDS: All requests must be made in writing and sent to Waikiki Improvement via Email or Fax. For refund requests Received by September 30, 2016:  a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your refunded conference fee. Requests Received in October, 2016: will be refunded 50% of conference fee. No refunds will be given after November 1, 2016.
*Till September 30, 2016: ( only administrative fee) $50 charge
*October 1 2016 – October 31, 2016: 50% refund
*After November 1, 2016: No refund

TRANSFERS: All transfers of registration (from one person to another) require prior approval. Please request your transfer request form by Email or Fax. There will be a $10 transfer fee.

NOTE: Waikiki Improvement Association is not responsible for any correspondence lost in the mail, and we suggest sending materials by registered mail or with some form of mail tracking.

SECURITY & PRIVACY: We have appropriate physical, electronic and procedural security safeguards to protect and secure the information we collect. Waikiki Hula and the Waikiki Improvement Association believe that your personal information – including your purchase history, phone number(s), email and residential addresses, and credit card data – belongs to you. We collect this type of information to serve you better when you provide it to us, solely for use associated with the event, and we do not rent or sell your information to third parties.

*2016年10月31日までにキャンセルの場合: 参加費の50%をご返金いたします。





譲渡費は、10ドル (あらかじめ、ご連絡をいただいた場合は、イベント当日会場でお支払いいただくことも可能です。)
